Kraft Course Registration

Dear Kraft Delegate

We have reserved bedrooms for your Company's forthcoming course, but please note that the group reservation will be released 14 days prior to the start date, thereafter all reservations will be on a first come first served basis.

The Kraft rate is £172.00 (inc VAT) per delegate per 24 hours, inclusive of en-suite accommodation, dinner and full English breakfast, all day meeting room hire, 3 course buffet lunch, unlimited tea, coffee and home bakes. The breakdown of this 24 hour rate is £114.50 dinner bed and breakfast; £57.50 day meeting, lunch and refreshments. All rates are inclusive of VAT.

We require credit card information to secure your reservation. A pre-authorisation of 20% of the total value of your booking will be made to ensure that we have the correct details. No payment will be taken from your card prior to departure. Cancellation fees will be applied in line with the cancellation terms (see details below).

You will be invoiced on departure for the accommodation, dinner, breakfast and meeting element of the course, as well as any incidentals such as extra meeting rooms or coach hire as requested by the Kraft organiser. Please settle your account prior to departure; if you leave the premises without paying the payment will be deducted from your credit card.

Cash Payments: If you prefer to pay in cash you will be required to make a cash deposit upon arrival.
