The conference rates include everything the trainer or organiser will need to produce a successful training event or conference, so that you will not need to worry about any hidden charges. The 24 hour rate packages include the following:
1 main conference room and 2 break-out rooms (subject to minimum numbers).
Data projector, laptop, screen, 4 flipcharts, pin-up boards and plenty of wall space in the main conference rooms.
Notepads, pencils, name cards and plenty refreshments in all the meeting rooms and lounges.
Unlimited tea and coffee served throughout the day with freshly bakes biscuits, cakes and healthy snacks during break times.
A choice between a three course buffet lunch or a working finger buffet.
