The room hire of the conference meeting rooms at Lane End Conference Centre is usually included in the 24 hour and day rate packages. However, dry hire can be arranged subject to price and availability.

2. What are the capacities of the conference meeting rooms?

To follow is a breakdown of the maximum capacity in each of the 7 main conference meeting rooms at Lane End Conference Centre. The capacities of the 24 small meeting or break-out rooms varies between 8 and 20.

Hall Conference Room 1 - maximum of 100 in theatre style or 50 cabaret layout
Hall Conference Room 2 - maximum of 100 in theatre style or 50 cabaret layout
Hall Conference Room 3 - maximum of 16 in a U-shape layout
Court Lecture Room 1 - maximum of 90 in theatre style or 40 cabaret layout

The 7 main conference meeting rooms are fully equipped with a data projector, screen, laptop, 2 flipcharts, notepads, pencils and name cards.

Yes. All the conference meeting rooms and break-out rooms at Lane End Conference Centre are fully air-conditioned and benefit from ample natural daylight.

5.      What minimum numbers are required in the conference meeting rooms?

We require the following minimum numbers in each of the 7 main conference meeting rooms. There are no minimum numbers for the break-out or small meeting rooms.

Lane End Conference Centre benefits from a modular design, offering 5 distinctive buildings with at least 1 self-contained conference suit in each building. The conference suites come complete with main conference meeting rooms, a set of at least 3 break-out rooms and an administration office. In addition, some of the buildings also offer a dining room, coffee lounge, bar and en-sutie bedrooms.
