Conference room hire at Lane End Conference Centre is usually absorbed in the 24 hour and Day Rate Packages, which include conference room hire, standard equipment, stationery, catering and accommodation. However, where there is no requirement for catering dry room hire of a specific conference room can be arranged. Dry conference room hire is subject to availability and price.

1. What is included in dry conference room hire?
A main conference room for a minimum of 20 delegates, includes
- Data projector, screen, laptop, 2 flipcharts
- Notepads, pencils, name cards
- Iced water, cordial and boiled sweets
- Unlimited tea, coffee and home bakes
- Complimentary set-up from 7pm the night before
2. Does the conference room hire include break-out rooms?
No. Break-out rooms can be hired from £100 per room.
3. Are the break-out rooms available for hire within close proximity of the conference room?
Each of the 5 distinctive buildings offer at least one self-contained conference suite with a main conference room and at least 3 dedicated break-out rooms in each unit. In total, the venue has 7 main conference rooms and 24 break-out rooms.
The capacities of the break-out rooms varies between 8 and 20 delegates and can be hired for small business meetings.
4. What is the duration of the conference room hire?
The main conference room will be an available between 8am and 5pm, with access for the trainer or facilitator from 7am. These times can be extended subject to availability and supplement charges may apply.
5. What are the available catering options with conference room hire?
The dry conference room hire includes unlimited tea and coffee with freshly baked biscuits and afternoon cakes. The day rate packages include a three course buffet lunch, however the following lunch options are available with room hire.
- Working finger buffet lunch from £15 per person
- Hot bowl food lunch menu at £15 per person
- Basic sandwich lunch at £7.50 per person
- After noon tea at £9.50 per person
- Barbeque menus from £20 per person
- Three course buffet lunch at £23 per person

7. Are there any restrictions?
- Dry conference room hire is not available on Wednesdays unless booked for a minimum of 3 days
- Dry conference room hire is not available on Wednesdays unless booked within 2 weeks of the event
- In some cases there may be a minimum catering requirements
- Conference delegates must be 18 years or over
- We do not allow self-catered events under any circumstances
