Lane End Conference Centre is a residential conference venue designed in a modular layout with 5 distinctive buildings, offering 5 individual training and conference venues in Buckinghamshire set in 26 acres of the peaceful Chiltern’s countryside. In total the conference venue offers 7 main conference rooms, a combination of 24 break-out rooms, 104 en-suite bedrooms and a variety of catering and leisure facilities.

The Pavilion Conference Venue in Buckinghamshire

The Pavilion is one of the most popular training and conference venues in Buckinghamshire. Find below information about the conference facilities in Buckinghamshire.


Layout

The Pavilion offers a main conference room with a maximum capacity of 150 delegates with 3 dedicated break-out rooms in one self-contained building. In addition, the private entrance offers a foyer that can be used for delegate registration and refreshments. The Pavilion benefits from a private terrace overlooking the golf course and peaceful grounds, making it a highly sought after conference venue in Buckinghamshire.

Equipment

The Pavilion comes fully equipped with a data projector, a fixed screen, 4 flipcharts, 2 portable white boards and ample wall space. In addition, we can hire a stage set through our preferred supplier at an additional cost.

Attributes

The Pavilion benefits from a high ceiling as well as floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, allowing for ample natural daylight and beautiful views of the golf course and the peaceful grounds. The French doors open directly onto a large terrace, which is an ideal space during summer months for networking whilst enjoying refreshments during breaks. These unique attributes make The Pavilion one of the best conference venues in Buckinghamshire.  

Lunch

The lunch options at The Pavilion include either a working buffet lunch or a fork buffet lunch in the form of a delicious bowl food menu. Alternatively we can offer a 3 course buffet lunch in the Wycombe Lodge dining room located in the adjacent building.

Lane End Conference Centre benefits from 104 en-suite bedrooms serving a maximum conference capacity of 150 delegates in the Pavilion, making it one of the largest residential conference venues in Buckinghamshire. All the bedrooms benefit from a spacious desk and free Wi-Fi access as well as a flat screen TV, coffee making facilities, hair dryer, toiletries and en-suite facilities.
