Lane End Conference Centre has achieved the highest overall customer satisfaction score of 91% through a recent independent customer survey managed by the
Business Development Research Consultants Ltd. (BDRC).
The results of the September survey placed Lane End Conference Centre at the top of its category consisting of 16 other dedicated conference venues. The venue is currently positioned fifth in the overall lead table for the year to date.
