feedback on two recent events: The Christmas Party Launch and the Lane End Archery Tournament. We also
start an exciting season of refurbishment and plan a fun-filled open day for Booking Agents.

Prevention is better than cure!

Lane End Conference Centre has put in place an action plan to take steps
in preventing swine flu from spreading on our premises.
We are committed to providing a space that is not only conducive to learning
and development, but also a clean and hygienically friendly facility where
delegates can focus on why they came here in the first place.

Festive Fun in July

With this year's Christmas Party launch behind us, we are all now very
much looking forward to the forthcoming Christmas Parties. The launch
party showcased the Vintage Hollywood theme and offered clients the
opportunity to taste both the traditional and alternative Christmas menus.
The event was all about the food, the wine, the ambience and of course
our guests. We have received wonderful feedback from those who attended
and have confirmed half of our available occupancy as a result of this event.
We offer Mixed Parties as well as exclusive nights and we can accommodate up to 250 guests. Included in
the price is the themed venue, arrival drink, three course meal with coffee and mince pies, disco and party
novelties. We know from experience that no Christmas party is complete without plenty of party hats,
streamers, crackers and balloons so we ensure every table is filled with exciting novelties.

Archery Tournament at Lane End

Come rain or shine, our clients certainly know how to have fun despite the
weather. Our first annual Archery Tournament may have been overshadowed
by dark clouds and rain but that did not stop us from having a very successful
event. To read more, see pictures and find out about early bird deals for next
year, click here.
Lane End Conference Centre in association with ACA archery will host the next field archery tournament on the
8th July 2010 at our dedicated team building venue.
Lane End Archery has been designed as a team event for corporate companies to compete for the annual trophy
while being presented with great networking opportunities.

New Refurbishments at Lane End!

We are very excited about two new refurbishment projects: The expansion
and improvement of the games room, the refurbishment of a dedicated
conference unit and the total redesign of one of our main conference rooms.
The Cabin, our new games room, bar and lounge area is set to be the new
hotspot at Lane End. In addition to the pool tables, table tennis, air hockey
and juke box the space will also offer a dedicated bar with an extensive
snack menu, a comfortable lounge with plasma television screens and an
outside deck which will be the ideal space for summer barbeques. The
project is set to be completed by the end of July and we will post pictures online as soon as they become
available. In the meantime why not take a look at the leisure facilities we have to offer at our conference venue?
Lane End Conference Centre is a dedicated team building venue offering more than 30 team activities.
The latest refurbishment project is aimed at Wycombe Hall, one of five
distinctive buildings with dedicated conference facilities. The space offers 2
main conference rooms, 8 syndicate rooms, 43 bedrooms, a lounge, bar
and dining room.
The main conference room upstairs will benefit from higher ceilings as well
a brand new window which will open up the space to allow in more light
and offer a better view of the beautiful grounds. The entire upstairs area
will receive new carpets and wall coverings; new doors will be fitted as well
as additional soft furnishings to improve the aesthetics. The project is set to
be completed by the end of September. If you wish to be on the guest list for
the launch party please send us your details by clicking here.
