Fibre Optic Internet Link for Christmas
One of the most exciting developments is a new direct fibre optic internet link, due to be completed in December, guaranteeing reliable, fast online access for any web-based training or video conferences. Operations Director, Mike Gough, said: “This direct internet link will give us a guaranteed speed of 100MB up and down, something I am sure all our customers will welcome.”

Refurbishments in Wycombe Hall
Following on from the refurbishment of both conference suites in Wycombe Hall during the summer of 2010, the entire lounge and dining area will receive a full refurbishment to match the contemporary, fresh feel of the building’s conference and training rooms.
Wycombe Hall’s dining room will be upgraded into a fresh, modern bistro-style restaurant. The new floor-to-ceiling French doors will open on to a new deck, overlooking the grounds and bringing the inside outside for perfect alfresco dining in the summer. The complete makeover of the dining room, lounge and conservatory will not only bring improved ceilings and new modern lighting, it will also include wooden floors and contemporary furniture and soft furnishings in tones and shades that will make for a perfect ambience.
Completion date: 16th January 2012.
Refurbishments in Wycombe Court
Wycombe Court is the most intimate building at Lane End with 26 en-suite bedrooms, a self-contained conference suite and private lounge and dining area. The structural refurbishment of the conference suite will include new windows in the main conference room for improved natural light and wonderful views across the landscaped grounds. All the meeting rooms will benefits from improved ceiling height and new fresh décor to match the high standard of facilities in Wycombe Hall and Wycombe Lodge.
Completion date: 16th January 2012.
Refurbishments in Wycombe Lodge
Wycombe Lodge dining room will also receive a structural refurbishment for summer 2012 with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening on to an outside dining area. This private area with its comfortable lounge and bar, overlooking the golf course, will benefit from a contemporary design to mirror that of the newly refurbished conference and training suite upstairs. This is a popular building for exclusive use for groups of up to 35 delegates.

A Brand New Reception
Finally, a brand new reception is on the cards for Lane End. This new building will be the centrepiece of the conference centre, offering a spacious, contemporary and comfortable waiting area with high ceilings and an impressive new front desk. In addition, the sales and marketing offices will be adjacent for convenience and will include a private space for the team to meet with clients. There will also be new walkways to the nearest entrances of the adjacent buildings.
