Location
Set in 26 acres of the rolling Chiltern Hills near High Wycombe, Lane End Conference Centre is situated in an idyllic location in Buckinghamshire with the best of both worlds. The conference venue benefits from the peaceful surroundings whilst located only 30 miles outside London with easy access from both the M40 and M4.
Design
The conference facilities has been designed in a modular structure with five distinctive buildings, each offering its own dedicated suite for conferences, syndicate break-out rooms and a course office for any administrative needs. In addition, some of the units come complete with own lounge, bar, dining room and dedicated en-suite bedrooms. This modular design enables Lane End Conference Centre to offer complete exclusive use without any interruptions.
Conference and Training Rooms
All of the conference rooms at our management training centre benefit from natural daylight and state of the art equipment. Each main conference room comes complete with a data projector, screen, laptop, whiteboards, pin-up boards and at least 2 flipcharts - all included in one competitive rate.
The meeting facilities at our training venue include 34 meeting rooms. This is made up of 7 large conference suites seating up to 130 delegates in the largest room, and 27 syndicate rooms which are ideal for break-out sessions or smaller meetings.
Accommodation
Our residential conference centre has 104 single study bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, spacious and airy. The rooms offer everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable stay at our business meeting venue: From a large desk with plenty of work space, free Wi-Fi and hardwired connections to a flat screen television, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and ample free parking.
Catering
The site benefits from 3 dedicated kitchens serving three individual dining rooms as well as the main function room. Our Executive Head Chef, Aron Titcombe, and his dedicated team of Chefs stand ready every day to offer delicious and wholesome breakfast, lunch and conference dinner menus to the hundreds of delegates that visit the venue each week.
Our menus are innovative and offer a variety of options for you to choose from, however if you require something particular please speak to your event coordinator and we will be happy to meet your requirements.
The Grounds and Team Building
The 26 acres of landscaped grounds make this the ideal venue for team building activities or summer parties. We offer a variety of team building ideas from shooting dinosaurs in our own Lane End Archery to clever thinking and problem solving activities. We also offer motorised sport challenges and many other team activities. Book your next event at our team building venue and we will guarantee you pay the lowest price when you book directly with us; we will also put you in touch with a dedicated facilitator who will plan the event around your requirements.
Have you thought about ending your team building day with a BBQ on the Pavilion patio? The proximity of the patio to the grounds makes it ideal for an outside evening function - the perfect end to a productive day.
Leisure and Sport Facilities
The venue offers great indoor and outdoor leisure facilities to choose from. The Cabin Bar and Games Room is the perfect place to relax with plenty of games, including pool and table tennis, to keep our guests entertained. The fitness room boasts both cardio vascular machines and free weights, a sauna, steam room and showers; whilst the grounds offer the perfect playground on a sunny day with our 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, football pitch, outdoor fitness trail and walking areas.
