Location

Lane End Conference Centre is a redisential conference centre in Buckinghamshire, set in 26 acres of the rolling Chiltern Hills near High Wycombe, a truly idyllic location with the best of both worlds. The conference venue benefits from the peaceful surroundings whilst located only 30 miles outside London with easy access from both the M40 and M4. Design

Lane End Conference Centre has been designed in a modular structure with five distinctive buildings, each offering its own dedicated conference suite with specialist conference facilities including a main conference room, a selection of dedicated break-out rooms and a course office for any administrative needs. In total, our conference centre in Buckinghamshire offers the following conference facilities: 

• 7 Fully Equipped Conference Rooms with a capacity of 150 delegates in the largest conference room.
• A Combination of 24 Break-out rooms divided between the 5 distinctive buildings. 

In addition each building also comes complete with a private lounge, bar, dining room and dedicated en-suite bedrooms. This modular design enables Lane End Conference Centre to offer complete exclusive use without any interruptions.

Conference and Training Rooms
 
All of the conference rooms at our conference centre benefit from natural daylight and state of the art equipment. The main conference rooms come complete with the following equipment, all included in one competitive rate:

• A data projector and screen
• A laptop and sound
• Unlimited flipcharts
• White boards
• Pin-up boards
• Free Wi-Fi

The facilities at our conference centre include 34 meeting rooms. This is made up of 7 large conference rooms seating up to 150 delegates in the largest room, and a combination of 24 meeting rooms, ideal for break-out sessions or smaller meetings.

Accommodation

Our residential conference centre has 104 single study bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, spacious and airy. The rooms offer everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay at Lane End Conference Centre, including:

Catering

The site benefits from 3 dedicated kitchens serving three individual dining rooms as well as the main function room. Our Executive Head Chef, Aron Titcombe, and his dedicated team of Chefs stand ready every day to offer delicious and wholesome breakfast, lunch and conference dinner menus to the hundreds of delegates that visit the venue each week. 

Our menus are innovative and offer a variety of options for you to choose from, 
however if you require something particular please speak to your event coordinator
and we will be happy to meet your requirements.

The Grounds and Team Building The 26 acres of landscaped grounds make this the ideal venue for team building activities or summer parties. We offer a variety of team building ideas from shooting dinosaurs in our own Lane End Archery to clever thinking and problem solving activities. We also offer motorised sport challenges and many other team activities. Book your next event at our team building venue and we will guarantee you pay the lowest price when you book directly with us; we will also put you in touch with a dedicated facilitator who will plan the event around your requirements.   Leisure and Sport Facilities  The venue offers great indoor and outdoor leisure facilities to choose from. The Cabin Bar and Games Room is the perfect place to relax with plenty of games, including pool and table tennis, to keep our guests entertained. The fitness room boasts both cardio vascular machines and free weights, a sauna, steam room and showers; whilst the grounds offer the perfect playground on a sunny day with our 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, football pitch, outdoor fitness trail and walking areas.
