Meeting Facilities at Lane End | Wycombe Lodge

The newly refurbished conference facilities in Wycombe Lodge offer a spacious, self contained conference suite with plenty of natural daylight and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. The Lodge Conference Room 2 refurbishment project included a complete structural refit which increased the ceiling height and allows more natural light to flood in. In addition to the standard data projector and laptop, there are now also two plasma screens in the main room as well as a plasma screen in each of the break-out rooms, making all the meeting facilities in Wycombe Lodge fully equipped for presentations.

Exclusive use of the entire building can be arranged when at least 35 bedrooms are reserved as well as the main conference rooms. Where exclusive use of the meeting facilities in Wycombe Lodge has not been agreed the leisure facilities such as the bar and dining room may be shared between two or more companies.

The meeting facilities at Wycombe Lodge include:

1 main conference room for up to 90 delegates in a theatre layout or 50 cabaret, including a ceiling mounted data projector, screen, laptop, two 50 inch plasma screens and four flipcharts.

1 medium sized conference room for up to 20 delegates complete with 50 inch plasma screen and two flipcharts.

5 syndicate rooms for up to 10 delegates and equipped with a 50 inch plasma screen in each room.

Unlimited notepads, pencils, name cards, refreshments.

The Management Training Centre offers the ideal business meeting venue with excellent conference facilities in Buckinghamshire. The conference venue is a pourpose built residential conference centre with 104 en-suite bedrooms available on-site. In total there are 7 main conference rooms and 27 syndicate break-out rooms. This is also an excellent training venue and a great team building venue which benefits from 26 acres of landscaped grounds.
