Lane End Conference Centre has been awarded a Gold Accollade for Customer Satisfaction.

Gold Standard Award for Customer Satisfaction The BDRC has awarded Lane End Conference Centre with the Venue Verdict Gold Standard. This accolade has been awarded only to venues delivering the very highest level of customer service over a period of time, based on large volumes of customer feedback. In addition to Lane End Conference Centre, 17 other venues out of over 200 participating venues were awarded the Venue Verdict Gold Standard.

The Business Development Research Consultants (BDRC) was founded in 1991 and is a leading full service market research agency. Lane End Conference Centre is taking part in their monthly Venue Verdict programme which collects and analyses customer feedback independently and reports on the levels of customer satisfaction.

Our Quality Promise

We will endeavour to use only suppliers who have a sound environmental policy in place and wherever possible source local home grown produce and use environmentally responsible products accordingly, We care about the impact that CCC has on the local economy and the people who live close by.

We are sourcing our milk from a local family farm within 2 miles of our venue. Not only is the milk being sourced locally but Guernsey milk is also known for its added health benefits.
