I wanted to thank you for everything you did to help set up these training events. Both trainers commented that they were very happy with all the arrangements and staff were very helpful. They really like having the training at Lane End Conference Centre and we always have such positive feedback from our delegates. Your help was very much appreciated. I write to thank you and the rest of the staff of Lane End Conference Centre for my comfortable and happy stay at your Centre between 5 and 11 December 2014. I am really happy with the way you handled my booking, transport arrangements and billing.  The food was fantastic and the landscape is magnificent. I enjoyed the services offered by the staff - I can only remember a few names now - Aaron, Mr. Logan, and Paris - but all staff were equally helpful and friendly. Please convey my sincere thanks to them.

The week went superbly. I love Lane End and it is the perfect place for the kind of retreats we do. Everything flowed flawlessly and all of us felt well watched over and taken care of and David, one of the caretakers, was so much fun and very personable with us. Send my warmest greetings to him and tell him I have a new expression to use that he shared with me. Chin wagging.

The meals, each and every one, were delicious. Although we love the atmosphere at Grouse and Ale and loved dining there on that Friday night, we all said the food was superior at the Lane End. Please be sure to tell the chef that for us.Thank you for all you did to make our retreat such a success. I’m already looking into the 2015 first quarter and planning another retreat. I will keep you posted about the details once I know more.
