The Pavilion - a function room for 120 delegates, 3 syndicate rooms, fitness centre, bar and its own patio

The Pavilion plays host to our largest single meeting room (the Pavilion Room) with a capacity of 120 (theatre) or 40 (boardroom). For dinners or dinner/dances the Pavilion Room seats up to 150 and for receptions it can comfortably hold as many as 180.
With two sides of the room being almost fully glazed, the Pavilion Room has more of the feel of a conservatory than a traditional meeting room.

A number of glass doors open on to a private patio area to allow delegates to take advantage of the landscaped grounds and countryside views. The room is air-conditioned to manage the environment when a large number of delegates are in attendance.

Alongside the Pavilion Room, there is the Marlow Room that can be used to host workgroups, smaller meetings or, quite commonly, running refreshments and a buffet lunch (prepared in the building's self-contained kitchen).

The meeting rooms within The Pavilion are located on the ground floor for easy access. There are two further syndicate rooms on the first floor. Our sauna and steam rooms and a well-equipped fitness room are also housed here.
