Lane End Conference Centre ­ one of the UK’s leading independent conference venues ­ has joined the Meetings Industry Association to further enhance standards for its delegates.

Purpose-built Lane End Conference Centre in Buckinghamshire is known internationally for its ability to combine 26 acres of high quality facilities with the boutique service usually associated with smaller venues.

Lane End Conference Centre successfully hosted an Experiential Learning Open Day with event partners Challenging HR and Hi5 Events. Experiential Learning professionals from Challenging HR demonstrated the newly built acitivities and discussed the benefits of incorporating Experiential Learning in the overall Learning and Development objectives. The attendees, from across a wide range of industries, were shown around the venue and the evening came to a close with champagne and a delicious bowl food menu provided by the venue.  

Lane End Conference Centre is very proud to announce the completion - in just three weeks - of a major structural refurbishment of one of its key facilities, Wycombe Lodge.

The refurbishments had to be carried out in less than three weeks to accommodate bookings and were completed on time - 72 hours ahead of a new client arriving at Wycombe Lodge.

Lane End Conference Centre has joined forces with Hi 5 Events to develop a dedicated Experiential Learning Centre. This new training development is the first of its kind in the London area and is being developed in response to a direct need from Experiential Learning Expers, Challenging HR.

Pre-dinner entertainment was provided by the internationally renowned Drum Café. Each guest was supplied with an African drum at their table and Brett Schlesinger, founder of Drum Café, seamlessly led the whole party into an exhilarating performance in which every single guest took part.
