Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
All our bedrooms are furnished with four foot beds. We accept double occupancy reservations at the same price of single occupancy reservations. However, by accepting the terms and conditions you agree to the size of the bed provided.
2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Pavilionuk.com and Lane-End-Conferences.co.uk website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.
Lane End Conference Centre uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
4. Credit card
Credit card information is required for full pre-payment of the reservation upon confirmation. We offer a secure online booking process through Sage Pay.
By making a reservation with Lane End Conference Centre, you accept and agree to the following cancellation and no-show terms.
5.1. Wedding Accommodation: Cancellation within 48 hours of the intended stay will incur full payment of the original price.
5.2 Event Accommodation (conferences, retreats, training workshops):
5.2.1 Cancellation within 12 weeks will incur 25% cancellation charge.
5.2.2 Cancellation within 8 weeks will incur 50% cancellation charge.
5.2.3 Cancellation within 4 weeks will incur 80% cancellation charge.
5.2.4 Cancellation within 2 weeks will incur 90% cancellation charge.
5.2.5 Cancellation within 1 week will incur 100% cancellation charge.
5.3. No show reservations will incur full payment of the original price.
5.4. If we re-let the cancelled accommodation we will deduct any moneys received from such re-letting from the original price before applying the relevant discount. 6. Force majeure
6.1. We shall be entitled to cancel the booking on giving written notice to you if we are prevented or hindered from carrying out our obligations by circumstances beyond our own control, including but without limitation strikes, labour disputes (whether or not involving our employees), suspension of supplies, governmental or quasi-governmental intervention, accidents, acts of God, national or local disasters.
6.2. Where we cancel the booking pursuant to Clause 6.1 above, we shall repay to you any deposit paid to us
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. You hereby waive any entitlement to make a claim against us in relation to any cancellation pursuant to Clause 6 for any loss other than the price paid in advance and not refunded to you.
7.2. We shall not be liable to you or any of your guests for any loss or damage caused to personal electronic devices plugged into the Premises or connected to our internet services, or for any loss, damage of theft of equipment left on the Premises.
7.3. Persons who use the sports, leisure and recreational facilities do so at their own risk and accept responsibility for their own actions.
8. Further correspondence
By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly after confirming of the reservation through our website, providing you with certain information relevant to your booking, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay at the hotel inviting you to complete our guest review form. Other than the email correspondence confirming your booking, relevant booking modifications or cancellation emails, including reminder emails in instances where you have not finalised a booking, communications initiated from us, guest review invitations, and the emails for which you may have actively opted in, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.
9. General provisions
9.1. No Agreement shall be binding upon us unless the reservation has been guaranteed by credit card through our secure online booking tool www.thepavilionuk.com/accomodation
9.2. No forbearance, delay or indulgence on our part in enforcing this Agreement shall prejudice our rights hereunder nor shall it be construed as a waiver thereof.
9.3. The Booking Contract and this Agreement contain the whole agreement between the Parties and supersede all previous agreements or arrangements between them.
9.4. Neither Party shall have any remedy in respect of any representation or warranty not set out herein.
9.5. No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed on behalf both Parties.
9.6. No one other than a Party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.
9.7. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and each Party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
