The event went extremely well and every delegate went away wowed by the pleasant venue. The highlights for most were the food - this was fantastic especially the barbecue, the beautiful grounds, the High Five team - the Seg Ways were really thoroughly enjoyed, and the cleanliness and smart appearance of the whole venue.

I would like to personally pass on my gratitude to the brilliant staff team who looked after us so well.  A special thanks should be conveyed to Danish and the catering team - they were amazing.  Danish really accommodated all our changing needs.  He really is an asset to the Centre.

Overall, I think Lane End is the best Conference Centre I have attended. The staff are all very helpful. They immediately respond to any queries and resolve issues quickly. All the facilities are of good quality and the food is excellent.

Thanks for your help and patience during the organisation of this years event. You made the process extremely easy and your understanding with the position we are in as an organisation was appreciated.

Everyone who attended enjoyed the experience at Lane End including positive comments about the venue quality, the food and the friendly attentive staff. Every member of your team went out of their way, beyond what was necessary to make us all feel at home. I cannot thank you enough, and I am sure we will be in contact soon about saving dates for next year.

I’ve had some really great feedback from our CEO. Particularly the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff. The catering was good and they really liked the seminar room.

It was a fantastic venue - very quiet environment which was perfect for the learning and reflection needed. the food and refreshments were of an excellent standard and very nurturing to be fed so well in such a relaxing environment.

I Just wanted to pass on the comments from our client Angus that came to you last week. They really enjoyed staying at Lane End and in particular were really wowed by the food. Most of them have a background in the food industry and are often very non-plussed by what they eat. Last week they were really complimentary. Please share their comments with the kitchen and dining staff who always do such a good job.
