Steven Edwards a former student of Lane End Conference Centre’s Head Chef Mike Day has been crowned the overall winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2013.
Steven, 27, originally trained under Mike as an apprentice at the Burnham Beeches Hotel, Windsor.
