Thank you for all your help in arranging our annual event. The event went well and we had lots of positive feedback from our presentations and the facilities were great. All your staff were very helpful and polite and the food was amazing.
We had a great time at our event at Lane End Conference Centre last week, thank you! The meeting room was set up perfectly and everything ran smoothly. I have asked the guys for some feedback and it’s all been very positive.

Thank you for hosting our workshop last week. Everything went smoothly as usual. Heni and Mike kindly showed us the leisure centre (The Cedar Club) and we can’t wait to use it!
The food was very yummy and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The participants mentioned monk fish several times (I remember we had it before) - I hope we could have it again in the June workshop.
I thought I would send you a personal email, rather than use the web form, to say how impressed I was with the conference centre last week. I attended for two events, a company workshop and a training event. I had not been to the centre before but would be more than happy to use it again in the future.
While the facilities were excellent, I was most impressed by your staff. From arrival to departure, we were treated very well by everyone, from your reception staff through to the accommodation personnel. They were universally supportive, chatty and cheerful.
On top of this high standard, one member of your team really stood out, Rebecca, the Restaurant Supervisor. I initially thought I would be eating alone and she went out of her way to make me welcome, despite the presence of a much larger course. When joined by a colleague, she managed to strike that difficult balance between being friendly and attentive, without being at all intrusive. Please pass on my very warm regards to her and her line manager.
In summary, well done and thank you to all there. I am back again this week and am looking forward to it.
