Lane End Conference Centre appoints conference and event executives following successful year
Buckinghamshire-based Lane End Conference Centre has appointed two new members of staff following the most financially successful year in the venue’s 46-year history.
Holly Picot and Lydia Kenny both join Lane End as conference and events executives with a focus on continuing the venue’s proud history of successful events and strong client relationships. Lydia’s past roles include a marketing and events officer position at Trinity College as well as Events and Reservations Consultant at Cliveden House Hotel and Spa. Holly’s previous experience includes customer facing roles with Harrods, Selfridges and a coordinating role at Cathay Pacific.
“Both Lydia and Holly have hit the ground running and settled into life at Lane End as if they had been working here for years,” comments Heni Fourie, Director of Sales and Marketing at Lane End Conference Centre. “We have a very close-knit sales team but both have already proven to be invaluable when it comes to customer service and events. They bring varied experience but ultimately a passion for this industry that will serve us well as we seek another successful year.”
These appointments come quickly off the back of Lane End’s best financial results in its 46-year history and ahead of the completion of a £2.2million investment plan which finishes in the summer.
