What is FootGolf?
FootGolf is a unique activity where players play the game of golf but, instead of using golf balls and clubs, the aim is to get the football into the giant sized hole in as few kicks as possible. The sport has been around since early 2009 and the first FootGolf World Cup was held in 2013.
The International FootGolf Assocation was established in 2009 but the sport gained momentum when the Federation for International FootGolf became the official governing body in 2013. The United Kingdom currently boasts 22 FootGolf courses and there are over 34 courses in the US. So there you go, we did not dream it up - FootGolf is a thing and now you can give it a try when you attend a meeting at Lane End Conference Centre. FootGolf at Lane End Conference Centre is a free activity for residential guests. It is ideal for team building activities or for anyone wanting to wind down after a long day of meetings.
