I wanted to pass on my personal huge thanks to you and the whole team at Lane End for the simply awesome delivery, service and execution of the Zoetis event.
What a fabulous team you have and such a smooth seamless neat operation, I will be highly recommending to my event contacts and clients, as I hope to visit again.
I may have stayed in many 5 star venues but the service I experienced this week from each individual has been outstanding and made it such a pleasure for me, in fact better than some 5🌟I’ve experienced.
Please pass my thanks onto the whole team and in particular: Louise, Bernadette, David, Paulo, Gemma, the lovely cleaning staff and waiting staff.
The Lane End team are an exceptional team and I am grateful to you all.
